Helen Black’s Hocus Pocus collection for Thread & Ink Design is full of witch’s cats, a watchful owl, playful crows, potion bottles, and moody autumn florals. This kit builds a Halloween quilt around the panel, framed with coordinating Ruby Star Society sashing and finished with a fusible appliqué center block.
